37 Misconduct by scrutineers
(1) A scrutineer must not—
(a) interfere with or influence a person in an election, or
(b) communicate with a person at the counting of a ballot unless necessary for the scrutineer’s functions.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2) A scrutineer must obey the lawful directions of the returning officer.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
