29 Recount
(1) A candidate present at the scrutiny when the returning officer announces the result of the count may request a recount.
(2) If a request is made by a candidate present at the scrutiny, the returning officer must—
(a) recount the votes, and
(b) announce the result of the recount to the persons present.
