14 Content of voting pack
(1) If a voting pack is given to a person electronically, the returning officer must include the following in the voting pack—
(a) a candidate information sheet that complies with section 11,
(b) a sample declaration form that complies with section 15,
(c) a sample ballot paper that complies with section 16,
(d) instructions for voting electronically that comply with section 17.
(2) If a voting pack is given to a person by mail, the returning officer must include the following in the voting pack—
(a) a candidate information sheet that complies with section 11,
(b) a declaration form that complies with section 15,
(c) a ballot paper that complies with section 16,
(d) instructions for voting electronically that comply with section 17,
(e) instructions for voting by mail that comply with section 18,
(f) an envelope marked “Ballot Paper”,
(g) a prepaid envelope addressed to the returning officer.
