11 Candidate information sheet
(1) The returning officer must, using the information given by each candidate, prepare a candidate information sheet.
(2) The returning officer may omit or, with the consent of the candidate, correct information submitted by the candidate that the returning officer considers to be—
(a) false or misleading, or
(b) inappropriate for inclusion in the candidate information sheet.
(3) The names of the candidates must be listed on the candidate information sheet in the same order as the names are listed on the ballot paper for the election.
