98 Notice of exemption or cancellation of exemption—the Act, s 105(4)

(1) Local Land Services must give notice of an exemption or the cancellation of an exemption—

(a) for the exemption of a named person—by giving the person written notice of the exemption or cancellation, or

(b) for the exemption of a class of persons—by publishing a notice of the exemption or cancellation—

(i) in the Gazette, and

(ii) in another way Local Land Services believes is likely to bring the notice to the attention of the general public in the relevant region.

(2) If the exemption or cancellation applies to 2 or more occupiers of the same land, notice given to 1 of the occupiers is taken to have been given to all occupiers.
