84 Authorised recreational use of travelling stock reserves—the Act, s 74(1)

(1) The following recreational activities are prescribed—

(a) walking, running and other kinds of individual exercise,

(b) cycling,

(c) swimming,

(d) fishing,

(e) camel or horse riding,

(f) picnicking.

(2) This section does not apply—

(a) to a part of a travelling stock reserve in the Western Division, or

(b) to a stock watering place, or

(c) if Local Land Services has made a closure order under the Act, section 70(1)(b) for the part of the travelling stock reserve being used.
