79 Authority to display stock zone signs
79 Authority to display stock zone signs
(1) If a person with an obligation under section 76 or 77 to display a stock zone sign fails to display the sign, the sign may be displayed by—
(a) a roads authority, or
(b) a person acting under the authority of a roads authority.
(2) A person must not display a stock zone sign unless authorised to do so under this part.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
