69 Time for dealing with application—the Act, ss 60ZH and 60ZI(5)

(1) The Panel must determine an application within 90 days after the date on which the application was made.

(2) An application not determined within the 90-day period is taken to have been refused.

(3) The Panel may continue to deal with an application even if the application is taken to have been refused under subsection (2).

(4) If the Panel, under section 67, requests that an applicant give additional information about an application, the period of time between the day the request is made and the day the applicant gives the information, or notifies the Panel the information will not be given, must not be counted in calculating the 90-day period.
