67 Request for additional information—the Act, s 60ZH

67 Request for additional information—the Act, s 60ZH

(1) The Panel may request that an applicant give the Panel additional information the Panel considers necessary for proper consideration of an application.

(2) A request must—

(a) be in writing, and

(b) specify the reasonable period within which the additional information must be given to the Panel, and

(c) include notice of the effect of a failure to give the information on—

(i) the determination of the application, and

(ii) the applicant’s rights of appeal in relation to the application.

(3) The Panel may deal with an application, including by refusing the application, if—

(a) the applicant gives the Panel written notice the information will not be given, or

(b) the information has not been given within the period specified by the Panel or a longer period the Panel allows.
