46 Meaning of “native vegetation”—the Act, s 60B(2)
(1) A species of plant is conclusively presumed to be native to New South Wales if the species is included in the database known as “New South Wales Flora Online”, published on the website of the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust.
(2) This section does not apply to a species identified in the database as an introduced species only.
