39 Recovery of catchment contributions by Local Land Services
(1) An unpaid catchment contribution may be recovered as a debt due to the Crown in a court of competent jurisdiction.
(2) An unsatisfied judgment or order of a court for the recovery of an unpaid catchment contribution does not prevent recovery of the contribution from another person liable to pay the contribution.
