33 Calculation of catchment contributions
(1) After the publication of a determination under section 32, Local Land Services must, in accordance with the determination—
(a) classify each parcel of land for which a catchment contribution will be levied, and
(b) calculate the catchment contribution payable for each parcel.
(2) If the value of the parcel of land changes during the charging year, Local Land Services may recalculate the catchment contribution from the date the new value takes effect.
