15 Appropriation of special purpose rates
(1) A special purpose rate paid to Local Land Services must not be used for a purpose other than the purpose for which the rate was levied.
(2) Despite subsection (1), Local Land Services may use the amount of a special purpose rate that is surplus to the purpose for which the rate was levied for another purpose approved by the Minister.
