105 Exceptions to restrictions on transport of stock by vehicle on road—the Act, s 120(5)(d)
The following circumstances are prescribed—
(a) the transport of racehorses or harness racing horses,
(b) the transport of working horses,
(c) the transport of horses to or from an agricultural show, exhibition, gymkhana, pony club meeting or other similar event.
