#### 92 Ineligibility for election as a member of a local board: section 27 (5) 92 Ineligibility for election as a member of a local board: section 27 (5) > A person is not eligible for election as a member of a local board for a region if, on the relevant day— > > > (a) the person is a member of any other local board, or > > > (b) the person has nominated as a candidate for an election as member of a local board for another region, being an election that has not yet been determined, or > > > (c) the person has served the maximum term of office as a member as specified under clause 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act.
