#### 84 Other circumstances when restrictions on transport of stock by vehicle on road do not apply 84 Other circumstances when restrictions on transport of stock by vehicle on road do not apply > For the purposes of section 120 (5) (d) of the Act, the following are prescribed as circumstances in which section 120 of the Act does not apply to the transport of stock by vehicle on a road— > > > (a) when horses are being transported to or from any agricultural show, exhibition, gymkhana, pony club meeting or similar function, > > > (b) when racehorses or harness racing horses are being transported from one place to another, > > > (c) when horses are moved to or from any place for use as working horses.
