#### 60 Control of activities on travelling stock reserves 60 Control of activities on travelling stock reserves > > (1) Local Land Services may prohibit, or regulate, the carrying on of any activity on a travelling stock reserve by erection of a sign at or near the entrance to the travelling stock reserve or in some prominent place within the reserve. > > > (2) A person who carries on an activity in contravention of a sign referred to in subclause (1) is guilty of an offence. > > > > Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
