#### 18 Application for review of assessment 18 Application for review of assessment > > (1) An owner or occupier of a holding who is dissatisfied with Local Land Services’ assessment of the notional carrying capacity of the holding may apply in writing to Local Land Services for a review of the assessment. > > > (2) An application for review of an assessment must be made not later than 28 days after notice of the assessment is given to the occupier. > > > (3) Local Land Services may, within 28 days of receipt of an application for review of an assessment, require the applicant to provide Local Land Services with such additional information as Local Land Services may reasonably require to review the assessment. > > > (4) Local Land Services is not required to deal with an application for review of an assessment if the applicant fails to provide additional information to Local Land Services when required to do so.
