#### 67 Use of felled timber 67 Use of felled timber > > (1) Local Land Services may sell timber felled on a controlled travelling stock reserve or may use the timber for the purpose of improving any travelling stock reserve within a region or carrying out any work in a region necessary for the exercise of its functions but must not use the timber for any other purpose. > > > (2) Local Land Services may sell timber felled on a controlled travelling stock reserve with the consent of the Forestry Corporation, despite anything in the [Forestry Act 2012](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2012-096) to the contrary.
