#### 53 Amendment, replacement or revocation of plans 53 Amendment, replacement or revocation of plans > > (1) A local strategic plan may be amended or replaced by a subsequent local strategic plan prepared and approved in accordance with this Division. > > > (2) The Minister may revoke a local strategic plan, wholly or in part. > > > (3) The amendment or replacement of a local strategic plan takes effect on the date the plan as amended or replaced is published on the website of Local Land Services or a later date specified in that plan. > > > (4) The revocation of a local strategic plan takes effect on the date that notice of the revocation is published on the website of Local Land Services or on a later date specified in the notice.
