#### 52 Publication of local strategic plans 52 Publication of local strategic plans > > (1) As soon as practicable after a local strategic plan for a region is approved by the Minister— > > > > > (a) the Minister is to arrange for a copy of the plan to be placed on the website of Local Land Services and the website of the local board, and > > > > > (b) the local board for the region may cause the plan to be published in such other manner as, in the opinion of the local board, will make it readily accessible to persons in the region. > > > (2) The Minister may make any other arrangements that the Minister considers necessary to ensure that local strategic plans are readily accessible to the public.
