#### 43 Amendment, replacement or revocation of plans 43 Amendment, replacement or revocation of plans > > (1) A State strategic plan may be amended or replaced by a subsequent such plan prepared and approved in accordance with this Division. > > > (2) The Minister may revoke a State strategic plan, wholly or in part. > > > (3) The amendment or revocation of a State strategic plan by the Minister under this section takes effect when notice of the amendment or revocation is published by the Minister or on a later date specified in the notice.
