#### 212 Review of native vegetation provisions of this Act 212 Review of native vegetation provisions of this Act > > (1) The Minister is to review Part 5A and Schedules 5A and 5B to determine whether the policy objectives of those provisions remain valid and whether the terms of those provisions remain appropriate for securing those objectives. > > > (2) The review is to be undertaken in conjunction with the review of the [Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-063) that is undertaken under that Act by the Minister administering that Act. > > > (3) The review is to be undertaken as soon as possible after the period of 5 years from the commencement of Part 5A and Schedules 5A and 5B. > > > (4) A report on the outcome of the review is to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 12 months after the end of the period of 5 years. > > **s 212:** Ins 2016 No 64, Sch 1 \[7\].
