#### 199 Appointment of administrator of all or some functions of local boards 199 Appointment of administrator of all or some functions of local boards > > (1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, appoint a person specified in the order as administrator of— > > > > > (a) all of the functions of a local board, or > > > > > (b) one or more (but not all) of the functions of a local board specified in the order. > > > (2) An order may be made— > > > > > (a) if the local board has failed to comply with any direction of Local Land Services or to carry out any of its functions to the satisfaction of Local Land Services, or > > > > > (b) in such other circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations.
