#### 198 Appointment of administrator of all or some functions of Local Land Services 198 Appointment of administrator of all or some functions of Local Land Services > > (1) The Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, appoint a person specified in the order as administrator of— > > > > > (a) all of the functions of Local Land Services, or > > > > > (b) one or more (but not all) of the functions of Local Land Services specified in the order. > > > (2) An order may be made— > > > > > (a) if the Board has failed to comply with any direction of the Minister, or to carry out to the satisfaction of the Minister, any of its functions, or > > > > > (b) in such other circumstances as may be prescribed by the regulations.
