#### 164 Power of entry 164 Power of entry > > (1) An authorised officer may enter any premises to enable the authorised officer to exercise any function conferred or imposed on the authorised officer, or any function of Local Land Services that the officer is authorised to exercise, by or under this Act. > > > (2) The authorised officer may enter premises with such persons and with such vehicles, horses and dogs as the authorised officer considers are necessary to enable or assist the authorised officer to exercise the function concerned.
