117 Release of impounded stock
> A person must not, without the authority of an authority—

> > (a) release, or
>
> > (b) incite or assist any person to release,

> any animal impounded, or seized or detained in a region for the purpose of this part or the [Public Spaces (Unattended Property) Act 2021](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2021-038).
