#### 106 Declaration of stock watering places 106 Declaration of stock watering places > The Minister administering the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058) may, by order published in the Gazette, declare any of the following to be a stock watering place— > > > (a) any Crown land, or land acquired under section 4.2 of the [Crown Land Management Act 2016](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2016-058) for a stock watering place, > > > (b) any land acquired for the purpose by a local authority. > > **s 106:** Am 2017 No 17, Sch 4.52 \[10\] \[11\].
