#### 105 Exemption power—Local Land Services 105 Exemption power—Local Land Services > > (1) Local Land Services may exempt a person or a class of persons in writing from the operation of this Part or a specified provision of this Part. > > > (2) The exemption may be limited in duration or may be subject to such factors or circumstances as may be specified in the exemption. > > > (3) Local Land Services may cancel the exemption in writing at any time. > > > (4) Local Land Services is to give notice in accordance with the regulations of any exemption given (or of any cancellation of an exemption made) under this section.
