Tasmania regulation
This order transfers four specific parcels of land at Waratah, Tasmania, into the ownership of the Waratah‑Wynyard Council (see s3). It takes effect when its making is notified in the Gazette (s2) and is administered by the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Transfer to Council – Waratah) Order 2025 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The following land is transferred to the Waratah-Wynyard Council:
(a) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203834, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 ;
(b) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203835, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 ;
(c) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203836, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 ;
(d) the land situated at Waratah in Tasmania and comprised in Volume 203837, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 .
