4 Abolition of municipal areas and electoral districts

(1)  The following municipal areas are abolished:

(a) Break O'Day;

(b) Brighton;

(c) Burnie;

(d) Central Coast;

(e) Central Highlands;

(f) Clarence;

(g) Derwent Valley;

(h) Devonport;

(i) Dorset;

(j) George Town;

(k) Glamorgan-Spring Bay;

(l) Huon Valley;

(m) Kentish;

(n) Kingborough;

(o) Latrobe;

(p) Launceston;

(q) Meander Valley;

(r) Northern Midlands;

(s) Sorell;

(t) Southern Midlands;

(u) Tasman;

(v) Waratah-Wynyard;

(w) West Tamar.

(2)  The electoral districts in the municipal area of Launceston are abolished.
