Tasmania regulation
This Order, taking effect 1 July 2005 (s2), repeals the specific local government meeting and meeting‑procedures by‑laws listed in Schedule 1 (s3). The listed councils lose the force of those by‑laws and the Department of Premier and Cabinet administers the Order. The repeal changes legal obligations for those councils and for people subject to the repealed by‑laws; any administrative costs or compliance changes fall on those councils and affected members of the public.

This order takes effect on 1 July 2005.
The by-laws specified in Schedule 1 to this order are repealed.
