35 Questions on notice by councillor
(1) A councillor, at least 7 days before an ordinary council meeting or a council committee meeting, may give written notice to the general manager of a question in respect of which the councillor seeks an answer at that meeting.
(2) An answer to a question on notice must be in writing.
