64 Fire and smoke alarms

(1) A manufactured home must be equipped with an automatic fire detection and alarm system that complies with the ABCB Housing Provisions Standard, Part 9.5 for class 1(a) buildings.

(2) This section does not apply to a manufactured home constructed before 1 January 1996.
