133 Installation allowed only on dwelling sites

(1) A relocatable home must only be installed in a caravan park on a dwelling site.

(2) This section does not apply to a relocatable home used solely as—

(a) a community amenity, or

(b) a manager’s or caretaker’s office or residence.
