This order may be cited as the Local Government (Highways) Amendment Order 2024 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 .
