Tasmania regulation
Mechanically, this Order amends the Local Government (Highways) Order 1994 by fixing its citation and making the amendment take effect on the day its making is notified in the Gazette. It does not set out substantive operational rules; administration is allocated to the Department of Environment and Land Management. The instrument therefore changes the legal framing and commencement timing of the Principal Order and so affects those subject to that Order.
