### 17 Definition of boundaries of highway

> > (2) An application under this section may be made by the corporation or by the owner or occupier of land on, or adjacent to which, it is alleged, the highway is situated.
>
> > (3) In making an order under this section, the magistrate, if it appears to him that the boundary is uncertain, shall fix the boundary where he thinks it ought to be, in the light of the evidence adduced before him.
