> > > (a) give notice as required by –
> > >
> > > > > (i) [section 6](#GS6@EN) [(2)](#GS6@Gs2@EN) [(b)](#GS6@Gs2@Hpb@EN) in respect of the opening of a highway or a widening or extension of a highway;
> > > >
> > > > > (ii) [section 7](#GS7@EN) [(2)](#GS7@Gs2@EN) in respect of the approval of the dedication of any land as a highway;
> > > >
> > > > > (iii) [section 14](#GS14@EN) [(1)](#GS14@Gs1@EN) in respect of the closure or diversion of a local highway; or
> > > >
> > > > > (iv) [section 20](#GS20@EN) [(1)](#GS20@Gs1@EN) [(a)](#GS20@Gs1@Hpa@EN) in respect of the closure of part of a local highway; or
