### 123 Appropriation of penalties, &c. > *\[Section 123 Amended by No. 30 of 1995, s. 3 and Sched. 1 \]*Penalties imposed on convictions for contraventions of, and failures to comply with, this Act made on the complaint of a corporation or a person authorized by the corporation and the costs or expenses incurred in or in connection with the prosecution of, and conviction for, those contraventions and failures to comply, shall be applied to the use of the corporation, shall be paid to the treasurer of the corporation, and shall be paid by him into the municipal fund of the corporation.
