119Determination of compensation

### 119 Determination of compensation > Where a corporation or other person is entitled to be paid compensation under this Act, that compensation shall, unless provision is otherwise made for its determination, be determined by agreement between the parties or, in default of agreement, by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
