### 105 Improper operation of parking meters and voucher machines
> *\[Section 105 Amended by No. 43 of 1991, s. 5 and Sched. 1 \]*A person who –
>
> > > (a) operates a parking meter or voucher machine otherwise than in accordance with the instructions (if any) affixed to, or appearing on, the meter or machine;
> >
> > > (b) [*\[Section 105 Amended by No. 28 of 2019, s. 9, Applied:02 Oct 2019\]*](/view/html/inforce/2019-10-02/act-2019-028#GS9@Hpa@EN) inserts, or causes to be inserted, in a parking meter or voucher machine anything other than a coin, note or card issued by an authorised deposit-taking institution or other means of payment specified on the meter or machine;
