87 Notification of parking usage schedule (1) The CEO must, by 1 July in each year: (a) give notice that a parking usage schedule has been prepared; and (b) give notice that the place and times at which the parking usage schedule may be inspected; and (c) state the date, being not less than 28 days after the date of publication of the notice, in which a review may be lodged in relation to the parking usage schedule. (2) The notice given under subregulation (1) is by publication of the notice: (a) on the council's website; and (b) in a newspaper circulating in Darwin. (3) A person may inspect the parking usage schedule free of charge.
