85 Trading fund (1) The council must establish a trading fund for the provision, operation and maintenance of land, facilities, services and improvements in relation to the parking of vehicles in Central Darwin. (2) The proceeds of a municipal parking rate levied under this Part must be applied by the council to the trading fund.
