133 Conditionally rateable land continued (1) This regulation applies to land within a local government area that, immediately before commencement, is conditionally rateable land that is not within the ambit of a notice published under repealed section 142. (2) The land continues to be conditionally rateable land that is not within the ambit of the notice for the 2021 – 2022 financial year. (3) Section 219 of the new Act applies to the land for the financial year after the 2021 – 2022 financial year.
