125 Ongoing investigations (1) On the commencement, an investigation under Part 15.3 of the former Act that is being carried out immediately before the commencement is taken to be an investigation under Part 15.3 of the new Act. (2) Parts 15.3, 15.4 and 15.5 of the new Act apply to an investigation mentioned in subregulation (1) after the commencement.
