117 Quotations, tenders and collective procurement (1) If a council or local government subsidiary started a process for a quotation, tender or collective procurement under Part 13 of the former accounting Regulations before the commencement, that Part continues to apply in relation to the process. (2) Despite subregulation (1), the council or local government subsidiary may elect to continue the process for the quotation, tender or collective procurement under Part 2, Division 12 of these Regulations.
