110 Vacancy in office of CEO If there is a vacancy in the office of the CEO, the council may appoint a temporary CEO for a period specified by the council or until a CEO is appointed under section 165 of the Act. Note for regulation 110 Section 169 of the Act provides that the council must advertise the vacancy within 8 weeks of the vacancy occurring.
