104 Notice requirements for meeting of audit committee (1) This regulation applies if a meeting of an audit committee is convened by the CEO under section 97 of the Act. (2) Any business papers to be considered at the meeting (including any business papers for confidential business) must be given to the members of the audit committee at least 3 days before the date of the meeting.
