45 Change of mobile voting centre, dates or hours for voting (1) The returning officer may substitute another place for the mobile voting centre or change the dates or hours specified for the place if satisfied there are special circumstances requiring the substitution or change. (2) The returning officer must give notice to the public of the substitution or change that is reasonable and practicable in the circumstances.
